I've driven by this place many times, usually in a rush, but today after doctor's appointment I found myself in the area and thought I would give it a try. I love the vibe of the place, kind of like a coffee shop. I ordered the western croissant sandwich with a latte. Everything was so thoughtfully prepared, plated beautifully, piping hot and extremely good value for a $12 breakfast sandwich! Service was incredible, I felt like they really cared. I can't wait to come back and try more things off the menu.

Great brunch spot!! Matcha latte was creamy and tasty. I ordered the grilled cheese with the butternut squash soup and it was the best grilled cheese I’ve ever had! Really like how they elevated such a simple dish with high quality ingredients and a fun twist. My sister ordered the smoked salmon bagel and I had a bite and it was wonderful tasting as well. Waitress was very kind and inviting, love the atmosphere and seating as well Will come again and really recommend this place!
Amazing atmosphere! The food was delish. I had the Valley Rancher and my hubby had the Corned Beef. We both loved it! The staff were so sweet, friendly and knowledgeable. Made us feel so welcome when we arrived and attentive to all our needs. We absolutely loved it and we will be back! Highly recommend it!
We had a great breakfast at Cumin. The service was quick and friendly. It's clean and fresh inside. We enjoyed our morning drinks - particularly the London Fog. The Valley Fresh Omelet with the herb pesto was fantastic! Our brunch was reasonably priced especially given the quality of the food and service. Highly recommend!
What a GEM! We had such a yummy meal at Cumin. The menu is incredible. Such a great variety and everything is thoughtfully created, house made and DELICIOUS! Nice restaurant/cafe indoors, all very clean and a cute patio outdoors which we enjoyed! Service was very friendly as well. Note…We bought the last cookie and it was SO GOOD, we would have turned back for more. Bit of a hike for us, but we’ll be back! Kudos to the Chef and Team!
Deserves the high rating it gets. I recommend the fried cauliflower but ask them to put the mayo/sauce on the side. I liked the soup/ salad options having smaller portions available. Coffee options were good. Service great. Food came out slower than preferred but worth the wait. I would've tried their whole menu if I had more time. Located in one end of a medical building. Will definitely return when in the area again. Expect to pay for good food.
The food is pretty good, although the pricing is quite higher than I thought as being in Kentville. Nevertheless worth a visit.
I got the farmland salad to go, it was fresh and I was happy with my selection and trying something different.
